Circle of Security is a 9-week group program that supports parents in building an understanding of their children’s emotional needs, so they can respond in ways that promote secure attachment, relationship, and resiliency.

Join us Tuesdays starting on Feb. 6 at Kindred Connections Society Central Office (707 10 Ave SW, Suite 250, Calgary, AB, T2R 0B3) from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. every week.

These sessions will include the following topics:

• attachment problems in infancy and early childhood
• building relationship capacities
• secure base relationship
• reading your children’s emotional needs
• responding to your child when your emotions are activated
• using self-awareness in parenting
• relationship rupture and repair and more!

Snacks and childcare will be provided.
