Dad’s Play Nights

Dad’s Play Night is an opportunity for dads under 30 years old to spend 1:1 time with their children to further enhance their bonds and attachment. Through various activities that are age and developmentally appropriate, Dad’s will learn new skills to use when they are engaging with their children. By using art, reading and play, children’s skills will be developed in a fun and nurturing way.

Join us on September 12. September 26, October 10, October 24, November 7, and November 21 for Dad’s Play Nights at Calgary West Family Resource Network 101- 7930 Bowness Road N.W. from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

There will be a wrap-up celebration on December 9th at TELUS Spark Science Centre from 1-3 p.m.

These sessions will include:

  • Fun games and interactive activities for dads to play and bond with their children
  • Opportunities for dads to connect and build relationships with other dads
  • A great way to learn about individualized play and developmentally appropriate skills
  • Dinner will be provided
